Edward J. Gilliss selected to receive Toast of the Town Award

Edward J. Gilliss has been selected by the Towson Chamber to receive a Toast of the Town Award for his service to the community. Mr. Gilliss is being honored along with other esteemed individuals and businesses for making a difference in Towson . This first annual Toast of the Town Awards reception will be held in April at the Stanley Black & Decker headquarters.
