Edward J. Gilliss, Esq., re-elected as Chair of Board of Education of Baltimore County

Edward J. Gilliss, Esq., was recently re-elected Chair of Board of Education of Baltimore County. Gilliss was appointed to the Board in July 2013 to represent the Fifth Council District and was first elected Board Chair in December 2016.
