Mr. Cunningham joined the firm in December 1988 after private practice elsewhere in Towson.  Gene practices in all areas of business, commercial and real estate transactions, representing lenders, real estate developers, and businesses in Maryland and throughout the country.  He offers daily counsel to businesses and their owners in specific areas such as acquisition and financial structuring, restructuring, and sale.  Judges and other attorneys have designated him to be AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated^SM by Martindale-Hubbell®.
