Robert F. Miller

Bob represents businesses and individuals on a wide range of matters, including entity formation, taxation, real estate transactions, commercial financing, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, and employer-employee relations.  Bob takes a practical approach to the practice of law in order to complete transactions efficiently and effectively, while protecting his client’s interests.

Bob joined the firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2018.
